The Los Angeles Kings have taken the prospect world by storm, sending five of their top NHL prospects to the Eisbären Berlin hockey team in Germany.
The Kings, while holding the 2nd overall pick at the 2020 NHL Entry Draft, will look to develop their five talents in Germany while the NHL holds out on the start of the 2020-2021 season.
The five prospects getting sent over are Alex Turcotte, Akil Thomas, Aidan Dudas, goaltender Jacob Ingham, and former Vancouver Canucks prospect Tyler Madden—whom was acquired by the LA Kings in the Tyler Toffoli trade.
It is highly speculated that along with the group of centre prospects the Kings already possess, that they will take centre Quinton Byfield of the Sudbury Wolves 2nd overall.
